I want to return the product, what should I do?

You can return or exchange the products you have purchased within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without destroying, using and resalability of the product, stating the reason. In order to return the product, you must comply with the return conditions below. Otherwise, the product you send will not be accepted by us.

  • The return or exchange period is seven (7) days.
  • You can send us an e-mail from our CONTACT page by specifying the reason for your return or exchange request or you can notify us by calling our phone number 0532 160 75 05.
  • The product to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged together with the invoice, box, packaging, standard accessories, if any. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
  • When sending the product to our address by cargo company, the original box should be kept in a way not to be damaged.
  • In return transactions, the shipping cost belongs to the customer. Shipments with counterparty payment will not be accepted.
  • The original box of the product will be returned to your credit card within five (5) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
